The Spirit Rising Foundation has a mission of empowering people to be their best selves so they can uplift others!

For those that wish to support that mission we accept donations to help guarantee that financial obstacles don’t get in the way of people participating in our trainings.

While we encourage participation in service projects and events that help make a difference in people's lives, this can be a great way to engage with our work and supporting others.

The community work of Spirit Rising Foundation is largely based on the Sikh practice of seva, selfless service, done with without thought or expectation of personal reward. This act of giving is understood to be the foundation of spiritual growth.
