You on the throne.

Sikhee atai sangatee paarbrahm kar namaskaari-aa

The birthday of Guru Ram Das, the Lord of Miracles and spiritual guide of Yogi Bhajan, on October 9.
.
The 11 days leading up to his birthday is a very powerful time for fulfillment of our prayers and meditations - a time of blessing..
10-30

World-wide meditation to celebrate the Shabad Guru - the technology of the sound current.

300 years ago the 10th Sikh Guru did something unique, he made the Shabad the Guru. Guru means the inner "Teacher" within each of us.

This inner teacher is the "Shabad," the sacred sound current. The mool mantra and Japji, for example, are part of the Shabad Guru.

On this day, in India thousands and thousands of people will be meditating on the Shabad Guru.

Practice the Sahaj Yoga Meditation for 11 minutes.

(The time of day you do this is up to you.)

Yogi Bhajan said, this Meditation was practiced and taught by Guru Gobind Singh himself (the 10th Sikh Master) 300 years ago.

This meditation tunes us into our strength, courage and inner knowing – creating strength in the central channel which activates our radiance and allows us to be un-defeatable & unbreakable. 3HO
