Another version of Wah Hey Gu Ru is done as a a four-beat mantra. Translation: Wahe is an exclamation of ecstasy like Wow! Guru is teacher or guide. Gu means darkness and ru means light. Guru takes one from the darkness into the light. Wah Hey Guru means ecstasy through consciousness, and works really well with repetitive actions
