Kundalini Yoga is more than that, it covers every facet of your life. it is for people with jobs and families and covers everything that can happen to a person. it can keep you well, and young and help you get well, if you are sick. This yoga is to be experienced, and see what it can do for you. You do have to make a 40 day commitment. It takes 40 days to break a habit and how long you chant changes various areas of the body.
