Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa and Darryl O'Keeffe
Kundalini Yoga is a practical, inspirational guide suitable for all abilities,
from the complete beginner to the experienced yoga practitioner. Represented by the image of the coiled snake,

Part 1 gives illustrated step-by-step instructions on breathing, exercises,
meditations and other techniques, guiding you through the main elements of a typical
Kundalini class.
Part 2 offers a numerology exercise which will enable you to calculate
your personal yogic number profile; this in turn will point you to a series of short meditations
which will help you deal with life's challenges and fulfill your creative potential.
Part 3 focuses on the chakras with a questionnaire to help you evaluate which of your chakras
need rebalancing and identify the appropriate practices for each.

Unlock Your Inner Potential Through Life-changing Exercise
Kundalini Yoga for Body, Mind, and Beyond
Ravi Singh
Review By Robert W. Smith "Robert Smith, Ph.D."
This has been one of the finest books that I've encountered on the topic. While the book provides
a nice background on the philosophy of yoga, it provides considerable detail on the actual practice of yoga.
As someone who has to contend with multiple sclerosis, I find that the practice of yoga (and water aerobics)
has helped me with my movement immensely. I'd give this book a solid A - reserved for the very finest of books.
Well written, engaging to the amateur and those of moderate background.
Kundalini Yoga for Strength, Success, and Spirit
Ravi Singh
If you are curious about the benefits of yoga, this book is a wonderful introduction. Yoga,
which at first seems foreign and odd to many, is made clear and easy to understand here. Try the
exercises! If you start with 15 minutes at a time of the powerful exercises in this book, you will
notice dramatic and wide-ranging benefits including a more balanced temperament, more self-discipline,
and greater willpower. Dedicated practice is said by some to even empower the yogi (student) to ease pain and cure illness!
Kundalini Yoga for Youth & Joy

"Anywhere on this earth, wherever you'll be, you will be recongnized as a woman, the art
and science will never be any different; because woman is an art to live by the science of it.
You have to qualify and classify your own characteristic behaviour. If the past and its weaknesses,
the shallowness and the hollowness of childhood, if the fear of the future and the dreadfulness of
confronting tomorrow takes away your selfesteem, nobody can give it back to you." The art and science
of the Succesfull Woman, 1986 Yogi Bhajan. We have 19 volumes of this lecture series available,
including the three featured here, spanning from the early 1980's up through the late 1990's.
Let the Numbers Guide You
Shiv Charan Singh
The Spiritual Science of Numerologyis perhaps the oldest of the divination arts and at the
heart of many religious systems. Let the Numbers Guide You by Shiv Charan Singh provides the
real spiritual base for the use of numbers, illustrating why they have their own integrity
and why they relate to particular psychological states. It also shows how they can be used,
both for diagnosing life's problems and also to provide solutions. Numbers are a mirror of
our very essence, and both time cycles and dates of birth carry great significance.
As an offering of the formula behind all formulas, this book offers no quick fixes.
It does, however, present numerology as a multi-faceted jewel to which you will
want to refer again and again during your life.
