To bring grace, self-command and to inspire your greatness. This Bani brings royalty, divinity, ecstasy, bliss, bountifulness and beauty. Jai Te Gung was given to us at Winter Solstice
by Harijiwan Singh as the new "power" mantra for 2010

(and for the next decade perhaps?).

A Mans Life is Not a Mans Life
This shabad is a part of Sikh Dharma. This shabad is the root cause of the Sikh nation being imperial. You sing this shabad, hear this shabad, relate to this shabad, and from a begging bowl poverty, you shall have the royalty, imperial dignity and your grace. And that shall be the God's gift. The notes to this shabad are related to 'para' energy. 'Para' energy is the basic, if you get into the scriptural definition of God, God is Pran-naat, Giver of the breath of life. Para-Parbraham is the natural name of His all prakashic... what you see, and what you don't see.

Sikh Dharma and the Core of Happiness
Let me tell you, this shabad is the total property of Guru Gobind Singh, given to us as a gift. And if you find a person very feeble, who has no grit, no courage, no self esteem... I mean, take all the things from alphabetically minus... and you do the job of this shabad, the person will become totally tempered and can cut through any negativity.

This is a Mangala Charan of Bhagwati, the Goddess of Power. And in Ardas we say, "Pritham Bhagotee simar kei gur Nanak la-ee dhi-aa-eh." First we worship the Bhagwati, the goddess of power. God is all powerful, but the channel is Bhagwati. And this is the Mangala Charan of the Goddess Bhagwati. And we normally associate it with a sword It can temper a person in a courage, a grit and a self-esteem that nothing on the planet... howsoever negative forces may be at work around or for... shall affect. It is most powerful mantra by itself, and this is the only one shabad which is a complete mantra.

JAP MAN SAT NAM
(SHABAD FROM SIRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB)

Ichhaa poorak sarab sukh-daataa har jaa kai vas hai kaarodhaynaa.
So aisaa har dhi-aa-ee-ai mayray jee-aray taa sarab sukh paaveh mayray manaa.
Jap man sat nam sadaa sat nam.
Halat palat mukh oojal ho-ee hai nit dhi-aa-ee-ai har purakh niranjanaa.
Jeh har simran bha-i-aa teh upaadh gat keenee vadbhaagee har japnaa.

These Sacred words try Guru Ram Das, Fourth Guru of the Sikhs.
The Lord is the Fulfiller of desires, the Giver of total peace;
the Kaamadhaynaa, the wish-fulfilling cow which fulfills all wishes, is in His power.
So meditate on such a Lord, Oh my souL Then, you shall obtain total peace,
Oh my mind. Chant, Oh my mind, the True Name, Sat Naam, the True Name.
In this world, and in the world beyond, your face shall be radiant, by meditating continually on the immaculate Lord God.
Wherever anyone remembers the Lord in meditation, disaster runs away from that place. By great good fortune, we meditate on the Lord The Guru has blessed servant Nanak with this understanding, that by meditating on the Lord, we cross over the terrirying world-ocean.

JAPJI SAHIB

Japji Sahib one of the Sikh Prayers

This is the one that Sikh's recite first thing in the morning, and Kudalini Yogis recite at the beginning of Sadhana -- whose power is to connect you to your soul.

Given by the first Sikh Master, Guru Nanak. This Bani control's one's "Ji," one's soul.
When your Ji, your being, is endangered, when the radiance of your soul is weak, recite Japji. Guru Nanak said that reciting Japji Sahib would liberate the humanity from the cycles of birth and death. Japji Sahib can be recited at any time of day.

You can listen to Japji Sahib here, or even say it with the person on the following YouTube.

KAL AKAL

Kaal Akaal, Siree Kaal, Mahaa Akaal,
Akaal Moorat

NOTE:This mantra is spelled exactly, in accordance with KRI's International Kundalini Yoga, Teacher Training, Textbook, Level One, Instructor; Copyright 1969-2005.

The following spelling is used in Gurdwara while bringing the Siri Guru Granth Sahib in and out, the Gurumantra--Wahe Guru--is added to it.

Kaal Akaal, Siree Kaal, Mahaa Akaal,
Akaal Moorat, Wha-hay Guroo

Translation: Kaal means death. Akaal means undying.
Akaal Moorat is our pattern that exists beyond death. Wahe Guru is the mantra of ecstasy.
This mantra seals animosity, making it ineffective. This protective mantra wraps around animosity and seals it closed. It can remove the very shadow of death.

MUL MANTRA aka Mool Mantra

Ek ong kaar, Sat naam, Kartaa purakh,
Nirbho, Nirvair,
Akaal moort, Ajoonee, Saibhang,
Gurprasaad. Jap!
Aad such, Jugad such, Haibhee such,
Naanak hosee bhee such.

NOTE:This mantra is spelled exactly, in accordance with KRI's International Kundalini Yoga, Teacher Training, Textbook, Level One, Instructor; Copyright 1969-2005.

Translation:
There is one Creator who created this creation. Truth is His name. He is the Doer of everything. He is fearless and revengeless, the Image of the infinite, unborn, self illumined, complete in the self. This is revealed by the True Guru's Grace. Meditate! This was true in the beginning. This was true through all the ages. This is true even now. Oh Nanak it is forever true. Mul means root. This is the root mantra that begins the Siri Guru Granth Saahib, the Sikh scriptures and is the most condensed essence of the entire teachings of this holy book. It acts as a compass towards God.

This complete mantra has everything in it. It is a technology, a description and a technique. It forms the basis of the consciousness that we wish to develop and that exists in our very soul. The entire Mul Mantra is the highest of all mantras, and it contains in it the root of sound that is the basis for all effective mantras.
