The mantra means O,my soul, (the creative) God is, God is, God is, God is, O, my soul.
Har manifests from the Infinite subtlety of God into immediate experience.
It opens your soul to be real and your mind to link effectively to your real identity.
It is a mudra for your connection and flow of life from your essence;
its subtle and electromagnetic form adjusts the projection of the heart center
and lets your words go deeply into your mind
to guide your new behaviors. The hidden self has a hidden agenda.
It creates an imaginary personality to satisfy that agenda
based on beliefs about the self and the world that are acquired at an early age.
To cope with the pressure of the real self and the world,
it projects a mask to the public rather than a functional persona or the simple radiance of the real identity.

Har Har Ram Das Guru Hai

Mantra given to Sunder Singh by Guru Ram Das.
Yogi Bhajan told me that Guru Ram Das Ji has given me a personal mantra and I should use it.
Only in the last few years have I started telling this story, because I feel it is time to share the grace of Guru Ram Das.
Even though this mantra came to me, I feel it is for all of us, it is in that spirit I am sharing this.

In the many years of teaching, I have only suggested the use of this mantra to one person.
It was a Gurusikh in Singapore. I gave him this mantra and in five days of his using it, his life turned around.
Today he is a prosperous businessman. The point of this story for me is that in the darkest night, the grace of Guru Ram Das manifested with this mantra.

Sunder Singh Khalsa brought the first Yoga Festival to SE Asia, which has become an annual event in Thailand, and has helped the emergence of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in Thailand, China, Cambodia, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Sri Lanka, and continues to plant the seeds of the future through Teacher Training.
Sunder Singh oversees Teacher Training programs in Thailand, China, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Singapore, with additional programs in Japan, Malaysia and Taiwan. He serves as the KRI Coordinator for Teacher Training in Asia and also serves on the KRI Board of Directors and the Teacher Training Executive Council.

Har Har Wha-hay Guroo

Translation: Har means God. Wahe Guru is the mantra of ecstasy.
Chanting this creates balance between the earth and ether and eliminates subconscious blocks from the past.

As the US stock market was suffering its worst losses in US history (2008)
and Iceland had to declare bankruptcy,
I was reflecting upon yogic teachings on prosperity.
Most of the people that I spoke to were feeling the effects of the crisis in some form.
We looked around our music collection for a meditation and mantra for prosperity.

We found this version of Har Har Har Har Gobinday with the Eugene Sangat

This is a powerful meditation and you can really feel the energy building as you pull your navel.
