Fitness Training for Elders

Fitness Training for Elders is presented here because some of us are not in good enough shape to even do chair yoga. Or we need a little bit more than the chair yoga.

I don't know when or what happened but I lost all core muscle strength and I have not been able to get it back because it is increiblely boring just doing exercises by myself.
