This section is about EFT for Children or Emotional Freedom Technique. There are books and websites about how to use EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique for Children and Adults. It is a method, a technique used to overcome fears, worries and even illness. Using your fingers you tap on your face and hands. It takes less than 3 minutes per round of tapping. Sometimes one round is enough, other times you may have to do more.
I have used this method since 2005 on healing or changing everything from asthma, panic attacks, a head cold in 3 minutes or less. My skin was being irritated by the soft fuzzy insides of my slacks, I don't know why. I tapped on this subject and I have had no problems. Sat Avtar Kaur
Tapping For Kids is an EFT Children's book designed to teach 7-11 year olds how to use EFT as a tool to help them overcome their fears, worries and everyday traumas as well as build their self-esteem.
The book, integrates the most effective methods for introducing children to EFT in a way that captures their imagination, grabs their attention and teaches it to them step by step using sub lessons.
The book is designed to build children's understanding and confidence in using EFT and offers plenty of suggestions for incorporating it into their daily lives.
Reading this book to your children or giving it to them to read on their own will take them through the entire EFT process allowing them to understand exactly how EFT works, how and when to do EFT and gives examples of the types of daily issues they can use EFT for. After reading and practicing the exercises in this book, children will be skilled, prepared and equipped to use EFT or the "Magic Formula For Feeling Better" when the moment arises, such as before a test or after an argument or after any upsetting incident/event.

"Tapping Away the Blues" provides a proven, effective solution to all the aforementioned problems and more: tap them away. By "tapping," Ferreira refers to the practice of simulating a karate chop while tapping key areas of the body and repeating an encouraging mantra pertaining to the particular situation.
Peer pressure, bullying, academic fears, insecurity about body image - no matter which way they turn, children are faced with a host of daunting challenges to their health, wellness, and overall peace of mind, many of which often seem insurmountable.
Whether having to speak in public, dealing with a grave fear of the dark, or contending with feelings of general anxiety, Ferreira's tapping technique aims to reassure children - and adults alike - that the situation isn't as bad as it seems, and that with confidence in themselves, they will succeed in fulfilling the task at hand.
For children up to the age of 12 and their parents/guardians. Tapping Away The Blues is based on the technique of energy tapping (sort of like acupuncture without needles). It includes 14 lovable characters with varying issues such as;
Tapping Away the Blues is as profound as it is simple. Placing "Energy Tapping" into a framework where parents tap alongside their children brings powerful tools for emotional self-management to the very center of family life. The choice of topics -- from anger and fear to peer pressure and body image -- is highly attuned to the life of your child, the text is engaging, and the drawings are delightful. I highly recommend it.
