How to Tune In Before Each Kundalini Yoga Class

Before beginning any Kundalini Yoga class or meditation

you must tune in with the Adi Mantra.

ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO

Chant this three times with your hands in prayer pose at the heart centre.

Vibrate the sound and change the channel of your mind to the Yoga Channel.


Meditation to Sensitize Your Mind to prepare for changes

This meditation is for sensitizing yourself to predict and prepare for changes of the earth,
such as earthquakes, climatic changes, tidal waves or any natural phenomenon.

It will also eliminate fatigue and give a constant flow of energy
and make you intuitive and universally sensitive.

Character gives you Dignity. When you begin to value yourself, the whole world will value you. Dignity is to possess self-esteem, self-respect and a healthy dose of self love. The posture of dignity is shoulders back, chest out and head high.


Divinity - 4th Step to Happiness (Ancient Formula For Success)

Dignity gives you Divinity where the crown of spirituality is bestowed upon you.

Divinity is to not be divided from your Infinity.

It is to experience G.O.D. and me, me and G.O.D. are ONE.

GOD is an acronym for the energies of Generating, Organizing and Delivering ( Destroying)

Religion has taught us that GOD is on the outside. This is not true. GOD is inside each one of us.
